How we answer
Write to goualafabiola06@gmail.com and a real person reads your message and answers it. We reply within 2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. What we sell
KATA sells a three-piece metal safety razor that holds one standard double-edge blade at a fixed 30 degree angle, in two finishes, and the things that go with it: a shaving brush, a razor stand, a travel sleeve and a box of 100 double-edge blades. Each finish is its own product, with one price.
The razor comes with five double-edge blades, and double-edge blades are very sharp. For that reason you must be 18 or older to buy from us. None of our products contains a battery or any electronics. Before you use a product, please read its instructions and our Product Safety page.
Orders are shipped from our partner warehouse overseas.
Prices, shipping and returns at a glance
- Prices are in US dollars (USD) and include import duties. Sales tax is added at checkout where state law requires us to collect it.
- Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full.
- Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge. We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C., with tracking on every order.
- Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, a razor or brush that has been used and opened blade wrappers cannot be returned. A defective or damaged item is replaced or refunded, even after use.
- Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by you. For an item that is defective, damaged or wrong, everything is at our cost, return shipping included.
- You can cancel an order at no cost until it ships.
- Online payment is being set up. Until it opens, no order can be placed and nothing can be charged on this website.

Governing law and disputes
Orders placed on this website are sold by Faures LLC under the laws of the State of Wyoming, as set out in our Terms of Sale. This choice of law does not take away any protection that the law of your own state gives you. Our Terms of Sale do not require arbitration and do not ask you to give up your right to go to court or to join a class action. We simply ask that you contact us first, so we can try to put things right. See Resolving a problem.

The KATA name and logo, the design of this website, and its text, photos and graphics belong to Faures LLC or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
